How It Works

When you need help, just press your button.
Your information is sent to the emergency response center. An emergency response operator connects you through the speaker on your device and decides on the proper action.
The operator sends the appropriate responder based on your needs – emergency services, caregiver, family member or neighbor.

$17 per month / $23 per month with fall detection

Compatible with a landline telephone, this system integrates a two-way speaker and microphone and a small, lightweight, help button that can be worn around the neck or wrist. This ensures crystal clear communication with an Emergency Response Operator.

Designed to work on the AT&T® cellular network, this system integrates a two-way speaker and a small, lightweight, help button that can be worn around the neck or on the wrist. The system provides clear communication with an emergency response operator.

This simple mobile solution includes an advanced GPS locator* and clear voice communication, so that users have immediate access to help anytime, anywhere. It is compatible with our optional fall detection pendant, which can call for help if a fall is detected, even if a user cannot push the help button.**
